Chocolaty Ants of Goodness on a Log

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium celery stalk (8” long)
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella
  • 10 raisins

Instructions:

  • Place celery stalk on a flat surface round side down.
  • Add the Nutella and spread in onto the celery so it covers the whole length.
  • Place the raisins on top of the Nutella and celery.

Sweet and Citrusy Sparkler

Ingredients:

  • 1 ¼ cup of lemon juice
  • ¼ cup low pulp unsweetened orange juice
  • ¾ cup club soda or tonic water
  • 4 medium sized fresh strawberries
  • 4 fresh red raspberries
  • ½ cup crushed or cubed ice

Instructions:

  • Place the raspberries, strawberries, ¼ cup of lemon juice, ¼ cup of orange juice, and ¾ cup of club soda or tonic water in a quart size plastic baggie.
  • Release excess air out of baggie.
  • Remove all air as you seal the baggie.
  • Squeeze in hands for 45 seconds or until berries are crushed and shake until drink is well mixed.
  • Pour over ice, place straw in drink and enjoy.

Choconana Nola

Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon Hershey’s low fat syrup
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions:

  • Peel banana
  • Cut and stick with toothpick
  • Roll in syrup
  • Then roll in granola

Peachy Cream

Ingredients:

  • ½ peach
  • 1 teaspoon low fat whipped cream
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granola

Instructions:

  • Cut peach in half and pit it
  • In a bowl whip cream, honey, cinnamon and lemon
  • Put in the center of peach
  • Top with granola

Pizza Petites

Ingredients:

  • 3 Ritz Crackers
  • 3 teaspoon tomato sauce
  • 1 tablespoon shredded low fat mozzarella cheese
  • 3 slices of pepperoni
  • 3 pieces of baby spinach

Instructions:

  • Place slice of cheese and pepperoni over cracker.
  • Spread tomato sauce evenly on top of pepperoni.
  • Top with spinach leaf.

Toma-Cumber Turkey Wraps

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup chopped tomato
  • 1 tablespoon plain, light yogurt
  • 3 slices of fat free deli turkey
  • ¼ cup chopped cucumber
  • 1 – 8” whole wheat tortilla

Instructions:

  • First, make sure you wash your tomato and cucumber.
  • Next, cut up the tomato and cucumber to small cubes.
  • Then, spread yogurt on the tortilla and top with the vegetables.
  • Next, place slices of turkey on top of vegetables.
  • Roll the tortilla and pin with toothpicks.
  • Cut in half for smaller sizes.

Tella Butterfly

Ingredients:

  • ¼ Green Apple
  • 1 teaspoon Nutella
  • 2 baby carrots

Instructions:

  • Wash the apple and carrots
  • Cut the apple with an apple cutter and then cut slices in half
  • Spread Nutella on one side of the apple
  • Cover the remaining slice of apple
  • Put 2 baby carrots in the center of the plate in the middle and put the 4 slices of apple around the carrots to make it look like a butterfly

Banana Blaster

Ingredients:

  • ½ Banana
  • ½ cup fat free yogurt
  • 3 strawberries
  • ½ cup Cheerios

Instructions:

  • Peel banana and place in bowl with the yogurt.
  • Using a fork, mash the banana and yogurt together until creamy.
  • Using a butter knife, cut strawberries into thin slices.
  • Spoon ½ of banana cream into bowl.
  • Sprinkle half of Cheerios onto banana cream.
  • Place half of strawberries over Cheerios.
  • Repeat steps 4-6 and top with remaining banana cream.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Strawberries
  • 4 Grapes
  • 2 cubes of pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon low fat strawberry yogurt

Instructions:

  • Cut strawberries into slices
  • Cut pineapple in half.
  • Place fruit on popsicle sticks
  • Freeze for 5 minutes
  • Spoon yogurt onto plate
  • Dip fruit into yogurt and enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • ½ slice of deli ham meat
  • ½ slice of deli turkey meat
  • 3 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 grapes
  • 3 cubes of reduced fat cheese (1 oz total) cut in half

Instructions:

  • Wash the tomatoes and grapes
  • Cut ham and turkey into 3 strips.
  • Roll up each piece and place one piece of turkey and one piece of ham on a tooth pick.
  • Place cherry tomatoes on 3 toothpicks, after the meat.
  • Place grapes on the remaining toothpicks, after the meat.
  • Next take one piece of cubed cheese and place at ends of toothpicks.

  • ½ apple
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 graham cracker

Instructions:

  • Slice apple of choice
  • Dip in favorite peanut butter
  • Roll in crushed graham cracker

Yetzels & Chocolate

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup of yogurt
  • 2 chocolate graham cracker rectangles
  • 10 pretzels

Instructions:

  • Break pretzels into small pieces
  • Mix pretzels with yogurt
  • Break graham crackers into individual rectangles
  • Spoon yogurt/pretzel mix on chocolate grahams

PBHN (Peanut butter, honey & nuts)

Ingredients:

  • 1 slice of whole grain bread
  • ½ tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • ¼ cup banana (sliced)
  • 1 teaspoon cashews

Instructions:

  • Spread peanut butter on bread
  • Slice bananas and place on bread
  • Sprinkle with cashews (or nuts of your choice)

Ingredients:

  • 4 Ritz crackers
  • 2 tablespoons fresh corn
  • 2 tablespoons canned diced tomato
  • ½ teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:

  • Place corn in bowl with tomatoes and mix
  • Add lime juice
  • Place on cracker
